SAFETY GUIDELINES
Since improper manipulation of the system may cause a safety hazard or system malfunction,
makesuretocomplywiththefollowingsafetyguidelines
BeforeOperation
¾ DANGER:Avoid contacting the systemʹs moving mechanicalparts with your body or
clothingorotherobjects.Makesure tocheckifitissafebefore supplyingpowertothe
system.
¾ DANGER: Ground the GND terminal using a copper wire with a cross‐section area
greaterthan3.5㎟ beforeoperatingthesystem.Otherwiseitmayresultinelectricshock
ornoise
¾ DANGER:Donotlocateinflammable materialsorgasnearthe system.It may lead to
explosionofthesystemorfire.
¾ WARNING:Restricttheuseormaintenanceofthesystemtopersonstrainedforsystem
operationandmaintenance.
¾ CAUTION: Make sure that the system is turned off before supplying compressed air
slowlytothesystemforsystemoperation.
¾ CAUTION:Makesuretocheckthesystembeforeconnectingitspowercabletoapower
supply.
¾ CAUTION:Ifanaturaldisastersuchasanearthquake,floodorfireoccurs,stopsystem
operationimmediatelyandremovethepowercable.

DuringOperation
¾ DANGER: If a hazardous situation occurs during system operation, press the
Emergencybutton(E/STOP,red)immediatelyandsettheswitchinsidethepaneltoOFF.
¾ DANGER:Whenmorethanonepersonisengagedinsystemoperation,ensureproper
communicationbetweenthemtopreventanyunforeseenaccidentsfromoccurring.
¾ DANGER: Do not open the protective cover during system operation. It may lead to
personalinjuryordamagetothesystem.
¾ DANGER:Ifanabnormalconditionoccursduringsystemoperation,makesuretoshut
downthepowertothesystembeforetakinganynecessaryaction.
¾ DANGER: When the green tower lamp is ON, handle the system with care as the
systemisinautomaticoperationeventhoughitappearstohav estopped.
¾ DANGER: If anything unusual is noticed in the operation of the system, stop the
systemfirstandthenshutdownthepowertoitasneeded.

system.Thenegligenceofthesafetyinstructioncanleadtowound/injuryofoperator.
