4.4. Spindle Housing

4.4.1. Required tools

 T Wrench (other tools supplied) or Hex Wrench

 Spanner

 Tool or jig for concentricity measurement

4.4.2. Spindle Housing replacement procedure

1. Remove the ball spline referring to the ball spline removal procedure.

2. Remove the flying vision referring to the flying vision removal procedure.

3. Unscrew the fixing bolts securing the Pulley Clamp using a hex wrench and remove it.

4. Remove the belt connected to the pulley.

5. Remove the Housing Ass'y.

6. Replace the housing with a new one.

7. Assemble the housing in the reverse order of disassembling.

2. Close the PC as usual and turn off the main switch at the front of the machine.
