CAUTION
Do not reach into the machine during the placement and measurement processes!
► Place the waffle pack tray with the glass components for the relevant head type (TH, P&P,
C&P6) on the corresponding manual waffle pack tray holder (for S- or X- table, Figure 2-4,
Figure 2-5) and push it to the rearmost stop as displayed in the figures (Figure 4-9,
Figure 4-12).
WARNING
Risk of head crash!
The catch of the tray holder must snap into place into the hole, otherwise the tray and
holder could tip sideways and the placement head could collide with the tray.
The intervention guard described in the next chapter must then be fitted.

WARNING
To ensure operational safety, all feeder modules must be set up on all tracks. If
insufficient feeder modules are available, an intervention guard ("dummy feeder") must
be set up on unoccupied tracks.

For X tables: 1 track 00141226-xx
If the ACT waffle pack tray is used, the cover plate of the magazine is to be combined
with part "03073250-01 ACT intervention guard, complete" using the knurled screw to
form a single unit (see Figure 4-15
) and is only permitted to be set up in the machine in
