Chute Section
Check and Clean with Each Product Change
Make sure there is no foreign substance (chip

with a rag or air gun.

pick-up error.

Suppressor
Check and Clean with Each Product Change
Make sure there is no foreign substance
(chip component or dust) adhered to the rear
side of the suppressor.
In particular, carefully check the corner section
because foreign substances can easily enter
there.
If any foreign substance is adhered, remove it
with an air gun, tweezers, or cotton swab.
If the tape is attached while any
foreign substance adhered to the
suppressor, the suppressor might
be deformed or a pick-up error be
caused.
Notice
Tape Peeling Section in Shutter Assembly
Check and Clean with Each Product Change
Make sure there is no foreign substance (chip
component or dust) adhered to the tape
peeling section in the shutter assembly.
If any, remove it with a rag or air gun.
If the cover tape is set with any
foreign substance on the tape
peeling section, the tape peeling
section in the shutter assembly
might be deformed or a pick-up
error be caused.
