If the upper cover tape is used in the limitless discharge mode, exercise care so that the

tape is not curled up.

When upper cover tape is not discharged smoothly in the vinyl box since the upper cover

tape is highly adhesive, the vinyl is thin, or static electricity occurs, it is recommended to

use the upper cover in the limitless discharge mode. In addition, if the part dump rate

increases abnormally in the 24~88mm feeder, first check if it there is any problem with

applying the discharge method and contact our CS department.

Caution

Check if the upper cover tape flows down smoothly passing

between the covers at both sides of the part roller after it comes

out to the rear side of the vinyl box. Particularly, if the cover tape

is highly adhesive, it may be stuck to the inner side of the vinyl

box or curled up being stuck on the roll. Therefore, exercise care.

 24~88mm Tape Feeder

For 24mm~88mm tape feeders, move the component to the tape pickup point using a

Manual Feeding lever.

The pickup position in the feeding direction is indicated at the side of the tape guide

with a mark as shown in the following figure. When performing pickup without

matching the pickup position, the head moving distance may become longer, reducing

the machine efficiency. In some cases, this may influence the part feeding.
