Definition of Consumables and their Time of Replacement
Chapter 5. Definition of Consumables and
their Time of Replacement
5-1
5.1. Definition of Consumables
Consumables refer to components that cause gradual loss of the machine functions due to
continual tear while using the machine.
The consumables must be replaced through the inspection of the machine when problems
occur. Even though no problem is found during inspection of the machine, if their use
exceeds the replacement cycle, it should be replaced.
The consumables include wear parts as well as those with limited time of use.
