It must be determined which responsibilities, duties
and authorizations each employee has in their re-
spective field of work.
Training needs must be determined and imple-
mented individually, based on the tasks.
The employees are familiar with the product and
the consequences of incorrect execution of work for
the supply of parts and the quality of the final prod-
uct.
