Objective SC2 : Demonstrate software recovery procedure

The simplest way to recover from any WINDOWS or software related faults is to carry out

a complete re-installation of the software. This is carried out using the DEK software

CD_ROM.

Important to “Back Up” Config and Product files

Back up the critical machine files and carry out a software recovery procedure.
