This is an error information generated in the following cases:
(a) PCB loading waiting error occurs.
(b) Head starts rotation, and does not return to the head origin more than 15 seconds after the
deviation from the origin.
9. E09 (Sxxx) NxxxZxxxMxxxTxxx
This is an error information occurring when the Z axis stops at the position other than the slit.
10. E10 (Sxxx) NxxxZxxxMxxxTxxx <X, Y, ZL, ZR, θH, θA, WH, WA., U, V>
This is an interlock information of each axis.
The letter <> indicates the axis which stopped on account of interlock error.
11. E16 (Sxxx) NxxxZxxxMxxxTxxx
This information is generated when the warning error (such as parts exhaust warning) occurs; however,
it does not cause the machine to stop.

(Sxxx) is added only when step & repeat program is being executed.

6.2.4 Recovery Result Information：R3
In AVK3, if the insertion error occurs, the re-mounting automatically becomes possible. This action becomes
possible through the host computer, too, by using C5STRC command. This command indicates whether or
not the recovery mounting was made normally.
