第二节: Safe circle(安全回路)
一、西门子贴片机 D4 安全回路示意图
上图是西门子贴片机 D4 全回路的流程图,我们可以清楚的看出要使机器安
全启动,各个安全部分所需要达到的要求。例如:当按下‘开始’按钮,先会检查气压是否
达到标准,若未达到,机器将不会有任何动作;若达到,检查紧急开关是否已经打开;若未
打开,机器仍将不会有任何动作;若已经打开,检查元件送料台的翻盖是否合上,若未合上,
依旧无动作;若合上,检查机器安全盖是否关上,若关上,机器才会正常启动。
备注:型号为 S27HS50

例如 1Component table 电源回路原理图
由图上可知:
14 table 是并联的,当 4 table 都连接好以后,12V 电源输入到 CAN I/O module
sector4 形成电源安全回路。
2当一个或多个 table 没有连接好,CAN I/O module sector4 得到的电压就是 0V,机
软件显示器上显示 table 没有连接好。
