"MANUAL" is set in both "RECOG DATA SET" and "LEAD WIDTH TOL SET" data
boxes.
(Cause 3) Dirt and dust, etc., have adhered to the nozzle diffusion plate and the head lighting unit
in the vicinity of the leads.
