1. Instruction Manual
x In whole or in part, this manual shall not be copied.
x Its contents reflect all specifications of the machine. Please keep this manual
as an inseparable part of the product.

ing, and we are always grateful to have your suggestion and advice.
2. Transfer and/or Resale of Machine
x When you intend to transfer the machine to another place, please contact our
marketing department or agency beforehand. A transfer conducted without
our supervision may cause some kind of breakdown or malfunction of the
machine. In case machine relocation is, whether domestically or abroad, done
without our prior written consent, we shall not be in the position to take
responsibility for the results.
Causes of breakdown or malfunction derived from machine relocation
(1) Change of Power Supply
Frequency : 50 Hz or 60 Hz
(Number of Motor Rotations)
Voltage : 100 V, 125 V, 200 V, 220 V or 240 V
(Voltages of Transformer etc.)
(2) Change of Environment
In a new environment, electromagnetic wave or noise may cause
undesirable effect in machine operation.
x Also if you intend to resale the machine to a third party, please contact our
marketing department or agency beforehand. And, when resale is done, this
manual shall accompany the machine because its contents reflect all specifi-
cations of the machine and it should be regarded as an inseparable part of the
product.
In case resale is, whether domestically or abroad, done without our prior
written consent, we shall not be in the position to take responsibility for the
results.
x Before setting up a resold and/or transferred machine, please ask our service
personnel or agency for safety inspections.
3. Modification
x To ensure safety and functions, never modify any part of the machine. Please
consult our marketing department or agency if you need any change in
machine specification.

Before operating the machine, please read these books carefully to ensure correct
operation.
• The contents of Volumes 1 to 5 are as follows.
Volume 1 : Operation
This volume covers the scope of the machine, the preparatory and
ending procedures of automatic operation.
Volume 2 : Programming
This volume discusses steps in creating, entering and editing various
kinds of data (pattern program data, etc.) required to activate the
machine.
Volume 3 : Troubleshooting
This volume describes the causes of various troubles and recovery
methods.
Volume 4 : Maintenance
This volume covers the steps required for daily maintenance.
Volume 5 : Material
This volume covers the air piping and electrical circuit diagrams, etc.
