2-1-2 Head Rotating Center
This parameter is set by “Head exchange teach.”
The distance between the rotating center for each transfer head and two recognition camera
centers is displayed on the screen.
Pressing changes camera display for the large and small cameras in turn.
Camera for extra-large chip is also, prepared for three.

2-1-3 Nozzle Height and Arrangement
This parameter is set by “Nozzle exchange tea2ch” or “Head exchange teach.”
The nozzle height for each transfer head of each nozzle, and nozzle height reference value are
displayed.
Nozzle height
The length of sensor pass, when the nozzle is rotated to the height sensor, is displayed.
The smaller value of “Nozzle height” indicates the nozzle extended more.
Nozzle height basis
The height of nozzle (head No. 1: 1005 nozzle) to use in teaching the reference stroke (offset Z)
for pickup and mount sections is displayed.

2-1-4 Setting the Nozzle Arrangement
The nozzle to be used can be set.
(When there is no nozzle to be changed, this setting is unnecessary.)
1. Press Nzl Arrange set .
• The “Nzl Arrange set” screen appears.
• To set the nozzle arrangement to standard
(1005, 1608, 2125, 3216, Big), press Std Set .
To set the nozzle optionally, select five nozzle’s
names.
