3-2-25 Pickup Height Motor Error
Table Z-axis Motion Partial
1. Cleaning the moving part
Check the take-up part for “Pickup height motor error,” and check for the clogging of board X-Y
table for “Table Z-axis Motor Error.” If clogging of dust is found, clean it.
2. Connecting connectors
Check the connection of CPU box board (MCMAER), and recover the proper state if it is the error
of connector.
