10. MAINTENANCE SPECIFICATIONS

10.1 Troubleshooting

Various help functions allow you to find the cause of an error and search the method for

recovering the error.

10.2 Calibration function

A change of vacuum pressure breakdown timing with the lapse of time is corrected by

itself. When the fixed value is exceeded, a warning for cleaning is displayed.

10.3 MTBA Display Function

This function calculates average interval time (MTBA: mean time between assists)

between consecutive instantaneous stops during PWB production.

11. RELIABILITY SPECIFICATIONS

11.1 Lifetime of devices

Five years: Note that expendable parts and the following periodical replacement parts

are excluded (see the Instruction Manual for details).
