20.Press Manual Board. The message ‘Raise Head using 2-button Control’

is displayed.

21.Raise the head under two button control.

22.Insert the head prop and press Confirm.

23.Remove the calibration board from the machine and press Brd Removed.

24.Remove the head prop and press Confirm.

25.Lower the head under two button control.

26.Lower the printhead cover.

27.Press the System button.

28.Press Exit.

This completes Vision Calibration.

NOTE

If for any reason the camera cannot locate the board or screen fiducial, press

Fiducial Setup and relearn the fiducial, ( for details on setting up the Fiducial

Recognition Strategy, refer to the User Manual, Machine Programming Chap-

ter, Vision System). Press Retry the sequence continues and should not have any

detrimental effect on the calibration.

3. Press the Setup OK key, the screen moves to the X-Rear, X-Forward and Y-

Ref position. The camera moves to the board stop position.

4. Press Manual Board. The message ‘Raise Head using 2-button Control’

is displayed.

5. Raise the head under two button control.

6. Insert the head prop and press Confirm.

7. Press Board Clamps.

8. In the absence of AutoFlex, place the calibration board with the fiducials

uppermost onto the rails. Using the board fiducials as a guide, place 25

tooling pins on the table.

9. Reverse the calibration board, place the board onto the rails copper side

uppermost.

10.Press Board Loaded.

11.Remove the head prop and press Confirm.

12.Lower the head under two button control.

13.Lower the printhead cover.

14.Press the System button.

15.Press the Step key, the board is clamped and the board stop retracts.

16.Press the Step key, the camera moves to the first screen fiducial (front left)

and the squeegee moves to dwell height.

17.Using the Incr. and Decr. buttons, position the screen fiducial (right hand

18.Press the Step key, the camera moves to the second screen fiducial (rear left).

Position the fiducial centrally about the box as previously described.

19. Press the Step key, the camera moves to the third screen fiducial (front right).

Position the fiducial centrally about the box as previously described.

20.Press the Step key, the camera returns to the home position and the rising

table moves to the print height position.

21.Press the Step key. The print carriage moves to the rear position.

22.Using a piece of squeegee apply paste to all 25 positions on the screen.

23.Press the Step key twice.

24.Press Accept. The table drops and the camera moves to the first fiducial

(front left).

25.Press Brd Fid Setup and carry out Fiducial Setup procedure as described in

the User Manual, Machine Programming Chapter, Vision System.

26.Press Scrn Fid Setup and carry out Fiducial Setup procedure as described

in the User Manual, Machine Programming Chapter, Vision System.

27.Press the Step key. The Offset results are displayed.

28.Press the Single key. The camera moves to each of the 24 remaining fiducial

positions in turn.
