18.Press the Step key, the camera moves to the second screen fiducial (rear left).
Position the fiducial centrally about the box as previously described.
19. Press the Step key, the camera moves to the third screen fiducial (front right).
Position the fiducial centrally about the box as previously described.
20.Press the Step key, the camera returns to the home position and the rising
table moves to the print height position.
21.Press the Step key. The print carriage moves to the rear position.
22.Using a piece of squeegee apply paste to all 25 positions on the screen.
23.Press the Step key twice.
24.Press Accept. The table drops and the camera moves to the first fiducial
(front left).
25.Press Brd Fid Setup and carry out Fiducial Setup procedure as described in
the User Manual, Machine Programming Chapter, Vision System.
26.Press Scrn Fid Setup and carry out Fiducial Setup procedure as described
in the User Manual, Machine Programming Chapter, Vision System.
27.Press the Step key. The Offset results are displayed.
28.Press the Single key. The camera moves to each of the 24 remaining fiducial
positions in turn.

29.Select Auto Board. The board data file is saved.
This completes Offset Calibration.
NOTE
DEK recommends that the calibration screen is cleaned with Isopropyl Alcohol
(IPA) impregnated lint free wipe on completion of the offset calibration.
If for any reason the camera cannot locate the board or screen fiducial (except
for poor prints), press the fiducial setup key and relearn the fiducial, (refer to
the User Manual, Machine Programming Chapter, Vision System for details on
setting up the Fiducial Recognition Strategy).
Press Retry the sequence continues and does not have any detrimental effect to
the calibration.
