1.6 "Miscellaneous" Menu
●
From the main menu select the Miscellaneous option and press the RETURN key.
The "Miscellaneous" menu is displayed on the screen.
Overview of the Functions:
-
Options to open the menu for activating/deactivating the cycle mode and toggling the
teach display
-
Display files to display the source and target disk drives of the files processed by the
Test Program
-
Version description to display the current version description of the test program on the screen.
-
Clear screen to clear data and messages from the screen.
-
Display file to display the file contents of a selected file
(The desired file is selected by entering the filename into an entry field opened for
this purpose).
-
Configuration to display the station configuration (axis configuration, I/O-modules and other)
-
Operation parameter to display and edit, if required, the operation parameters for the turning stations as
well as for pick-up and placement
-
Machine-Config. to open the menu for the selection of various machine configurations such as
conveyor type, transport mode, ceramic substrate centering and nozzle changer.

Select the desired function from the menu and press the RETURN key.
The selected function is executed.
●
If necessary, press the ESC key to return to the "Miscellaneous" menu.

1.6.1 Options
Different options can be activated, or deactivated, with the aid of the functions of the "Options" submenu.
●
From the "Miscellaneous" menu select the
Options
option and press the RETURN key.
The "Options" menu is displayed on the screen.
Overview of the Functions:
-
Change to step mode to turn the cycle mode on/off
-
Display nozzle/digit to switch from the "Teach display with camera and nozzle position" to
"Teach display with camera position in
µ
m and digits" and vice versa
-
Use Com display to turn the command display on/off
-
Switch MD-printer to turn the MC-printer on/off
-
KBD-Buffer to turn the keyboard buffer on/off
-
Display MC IO to turn the MC-display "IO" on/off
-
Display MC axis to turn the MC-display "axis" on/off
-
Display MC sequence to turn the MC-display "sequence" on/off
●
Select the desired function and press the RETURN key.
The selected function is executed.
●
Press the ESC key twice to return to the SITEST main menu.

1.6.2 Run Parameters

If you wish the operation parameters of the turning stations or the operation parameters for picking up and
placing to be displayed, select the menu option
Operation parameter
from the "Miscellaneous" menu and
press the RETURN key.
The "Operation parameter" menu is displayed on the screen.
Overview of the Functions:
-
dp1/dp2 to display and edit, if required, the operation parameters "ref. point" and
"distance" for the turning stations dp1 and dp2
-
Pick-up/placement to display and edit, if required, the operation parameters "Distance", "Force",
"Speed", "Acceleration", "Deceleration" and "Positioning mode"
●
From the "Operation parameter" menu select the appropriate function to cause the operation parameters
required by you to be displayed, and press the RETURN key.
The input menu is opened. It displays the operation parameters of the selected function which can be edi-
ted, if desired.
1.6.3 Machine Configuration
●
If you wish to set specific machine options, select the
Machine-Config.
option from the "Miscellaneous"
menu and press the RETURN key.
The "Machine-Config." menu is displayed on the screen.
