To set the desired transport mode, select the
Transport mode
menu option and press the RETURN key.
The "Transport mode" menu is displayed on the screen.
Overview of the Functions:
-
Standard PCB (460mm) Setting for the assembly of PCBs with a length of 50 - 460 mm.
(If the "Standard PCB" option is activated, PCBs may be located in the input,
center and output conveyors).
-
Long PCB (508mm) Setting for the assembly of PCBs with a length of 50 - 508 mm.
(If the "Long PCB" option is activated, the individual PCBs will be transported
into the center conveyor section with some time lag).
-
Super long PCB Setting for the assembly of extremely long PCBs.
(If the "Super long PCB" option is activated, no PCB will be moved into the input
conveyor as long as there is a PCB present in any of the 3 conveyor sections).
This option is currently not supported by SITEST- and station-software.
Select the desired option and press the RETURN key. The selected option is displayed on the screen.
Press the ESC key to return to the "Machine-Config." menu.
Select the
Ceramic s. centering
menu item if you wish to set the ceramic substrate centering type availa-
ble in the machine configuration and press the RETURN key.
The "Ceramic s. centering" menu is displayed on the screen.

Select the desired option and press the RETURN key. The selected option is displayed on the screen.
Press the ESC key to return to the "Machine-Config." menu.
Configuration of the "4 x 5" IC Nozzle Changer
Select the
4x5 IC-Noz. Changer
menu option and press the RETURN key.
The "4x5 IC-Noz. Changer" menu is displayed on the screen
Select the
Change
menu function if you wish the "4 x 5" IC nozzle changer to be added to the machine
configuration, and press the RETURN key.
Press the ESC key three times to return to the SITEST main menu.
NOTE
The default values of the nozzle changer will be accepted by the system when the
Store MA-file
menu function is selected (see section 1.3).
Following the acceptance of the default values, the nozzle changer must be recalibrated.

1.7 Teach Menu
The Teach menu permits the manual traversing of the active gantry.
From the main menu select the Teach menu option and press the RETURN key.
The "Teach menu" is displayed on the screen.
Select the Teach gantry positions function and press the RETURN key.
Actuate the cursor keys to move the gantry.
NOTE
If you are positioned in front of the machine viewing in the direction of travel, the cursor keys correspond
to the direction of travel of the gantry. The step size for traversing the gantry can be adjusted using
numeric keys 0 to 9, with key "0" representing the smallest and "9" the largest step size.
The taught positions are displayed on the screen.
Press the ESC key twice to return to the SITEST main menu.
