2.3.1 Conveyor

●

Select the

Conveyor

option from the "Functions" menu and press the RETURN key. The "Conveyor" menu

is displayed on the screen.

Overview of the Functions:

PCB in to stopper to transport the PCB from the input to the center conveyor

PCB out to transport the PCB from the center to the output conveyor

Pass PCB to convey the PCB through the station

PCB clamping to open close the transport clamping system

If the clamping system was closed it will now be opened. If the clamping system

was open it will now be closed.

PCB Stopper to extend/retract the PCB stopper

PCB conveyor motors all conveyor belts running at fast belt speed.

PCB cen.& out. conv. center and output conveyors running at slow conveyor speed.

Reset PCB transport to move stopper to neutral position

Stop PCB conveyor to stop conveyor motors (required for the adjustment of conveyor speed)

PCB to input convey. to convey the PCB to the input conveyor

Select the desired function from the "Conveyor" menu and press the RETURN key.

The function is now executed.

Press the ESC key, to return to the "Functions" menu.

2.3.2 CRDL Tester

NOTE

Prior to the performance of the CRDL functions, the CRDL calibration piece must be attached to a segment

under the mechanical centering station.

From the "Functions" menu select the

CRDL tester

option and press the RETURN key.

The "CRDL tester" menu is displayed on the screen.

Overview of the Functions:

C-compensation to perform the C-compensation and to display the compensation value

R-compensation to perform the R-compensation and to display the compensation value

L-compensation to perform the L-compensation and to display the compensation value

Measure C to perform the C measurement and to display to measured value

Measure R to perform the R measurement and to display the measured value

Select the desired function and press the RETURN key

The selected function is executed. The values determined are displayed on the screen.

Press the ESC key, to return to the "Functions" menu.

2.3.3 Component Table

The function of individual components of the component table can be tested with the aid of the Component

table menu.

From the "Functions" menu select the

Component-table

option and press the RETURN key.

The "Component-table" menu is displayed on the screen.

Overview of the Functions:

Single functions to test a selected function of the component table in one single operation

Continuous run to perform a continuous run on a selected function of the component table

Display version to display the version of the component table

Waiting time (msec) to define the waiting time when executing the "tape cutter" function in the

continuous running mode

In order to test a single function in one single operation, select the

Single functions

option from the

"Component-table" menu and press the RETURN key.

The "Single functions" menu is displayed on the screen.

Overview of the Functions:

Tape cutting unit to actuate the tape cutting unit

Open linear feeder testing function

Actuate lin. feeder to activate the linear feeder

Output to activate the tape feeder

Input to read

Track to enter the track number of the component of the component table for which the

function test (in Single functions or Continuous run) is to be performed
