D) ”NON (UNIQUE ID)”
The board ID is not used. In this operation, the badmark recognition order and
recognition result that can identify the board from multiple badmark recognition result files
are calculated. The board that has been carried in recognizes the badmark on the board
according to the calculated results. As a result, the board that is identified successfully is
linked to the badmark recognition result file. This can execute the badmark transfer in the
configuration including other machine without using the board ID.
Please use only Board Badmark, Block Badmark, one of Local Badmark.
Downstream machine
1.Reading all badmark recognition result files
2.Identifying the badmark to be recognized
Finds a badmark with features that can identify one board from multiple badmark
recognition result files.
In this data, when the badmark is detected (NG) at the lower left portion, this board
can be identified as the second board.
3.Recognizing the badmark on the board
4.Evaluating the badmark recognition result
When the badmark meets the badmark recognition result on the board, the
badmark recognition result is used.

Upstream machine
The badmark recognition result files are written with different file names in the order
of boards that are loaded.
1.Producing the 1st board
2.Producing the 2nd board
This operation can be performed in the configuration including other machine.
In this operation, the badmark recognition result file that the upstream machine has
recognized the badmark is absolutely necessary. Therefore, a board, the badmark of
which has not been recognized by the upstream machine should not be loaded halfway. If
such board is loaded, the data cannot become consistent, causing incorrect mounting to
occur.

2.3.5. Outline explanation of the badmark transfer mode
There is the following setup besides badmark transfer mode.
For details about settings, see section 4.1.2 Machine common setting.
Function Explanation Terms of use
Recovery it is produced after performing badmark recognition without
stopping an error, When badmark transfer data are lost for
reasons of something.
The badmark recognition result transfers to the downstream
machine.
Exist *1
Board name check It is checked whether the same board name as upstream
machine is used.
And an error stop is carried out when board names differ.。
Exist *2
*1. It is necessary for badmark on the board to be badmark where recognition succeeds.
Do not use, when badmark transfer mode is "NON (UNIQUE ID)".
*2. Do not use, when board data names are different in each machine in the line.
Do not use, when badmark transfer mode is "BOARD ID" and "TAKE OVER".
