6.2. Transfer signal
When using the badmark transfer, it is necessary to select data transferrable transfer
signal specifications for the transfer signal specifications. All transfer signal specifications
can be selected between the machines without data transfer.
For details about transfer signal specifications, refer to “Data Transfer Cooperation using
Transfer Signal”.
6.2.1. Data transfer timing
The input/output timing of the badmark recognition result file is as follows.
Carryout process (Carryout process A stated in “Data Transfer Cooperation using
Transfer Signal”)
1. Arrives at the exit position.
2. Writes the badmark recognition result file.
3. Outputs the BAOUT.
Carryin process (Carryin process A stated in “Data Transfer Cooperation using
Transfer Signal”)
1. Inputs the BAIN.
2. Reads badmark recognition result file.
Deletes the file according to the mode.
3. Outputs the BUSYOUT.
Next, the flow of transfer processing is described using a SMEMA signal.

6.2.2. Setting procedures
The most upstream or most downstream machine that does not transfer the data can
select the GATEIN/GATEOUT. According to the necessity of the data transfer, determine
the transfer signal specifications.
