6.2.2. Setting procedures

7. Restrictions
Network environment
A server that can always be connected to the network is needed. Select an appropriate
network while referring to the ITSystem Server requirements.
Board data
The block offset or badmark must be unified within the line.
Board name
A board name consisting of up to 20 characters is used in a line with the Xg and
YGseries mixed.
Transfer signal specifications
Transfer signal specifications shown below must be set for the machines that exchange
the data with each other.

Lanes mixed line
When the singlelane and multilane are mixed, a distribution conveyor is needed.
When using the distribution conveyor, it is necessary to control the bad mark transfer file
on the distribution conveyor side.
Board ID
Characters (¥ / : * ? " < > |) that cannot be used for Windows file name must not be used
for the board ID.
Printer
Board data
The board data format supports only the YGZ format.
Board fiducial
The board fiducial needs to be valid.
Mounter
The twinpushup machine is not supported.
Transfer data
A file or folder that is used for the data transfer must not be edited during operation.
Badmark Type
"NON(UNIQUE ID)", please use only Board Badmark, Block Badmark, one of Local
Badmark. In the case of Block Badmark and Local Badmark, it can be settled when I do
Block distribution.
