6.1.3. Sample data
This section introduces the output results of the badmark recognition result file by board
data.
The sample data is as follows.
The number of blocks per board is 3.
The sample data has two local badmarks in units of blocks.
The 2nd block includes the badmark.

6.2. Transfer signal
When using the badmark transfer, it is necessary to select data transferrable transfer
signal specifications for the transfer signal specifications. All transfer signal specifications
can be selected between the machines without data transfer.
For details about transfer signal specifications, refer to “Data Transfer Cooperation using
Transfer Signal”.
6.2.1. Data transfer timing
The input/output timing of the badmark recognition result file is as follows.
 Carryout process (Carryout process A stated in “Data Transfer Cooperation using
Transfer Signal”)
1. Arrives at the exit position.
2. Writes the badmark recognition result file.
3. Outputs the BAOUT.
 Carryin process (Carryin process A stated in “Data Transfer Cooperation using
Transfer Signal”)
1. Inputs the BAIN.
2. Reads badmark recognition result file.
Deletes the file according to the mode.
3. Outputs the BUSYOUT.
Next, the flow of transfer processing is described using a SMEMA signal.
