Upstream machine
The badmark recognition result files are written with different file names in the order
of boards that are loaded.
1.Producing the 1st board
2.Producing the 2nd board
This operation can be performed in the configuration including other machine.
In this operation, the badmark recognition result file that the upstream machine has
recognized the badmark is absolutely necessary. Therefore, a board, the badmark of
which has not been recognized by the upstream machine should not be loaded halfway. If
such board is loaded, the data cannot become consistent, causing incorrect mounting to
occur.

2.3.5. Outline explanation of the badmark transfer mode
There is the following setup besides badmark transfer mode.
For details about settings, see section 4.1.2 Machine common setting.
Function Explanation Terms of use
Recovery it is produced after performing badmark recognition without
stopping an error, When badmark transfer data are lost for
reasons of something.
The badmark recognition result transfers to the downstream
machine.
Exist *1
Board name check It is checked whether the same board name as upstream
machine is used.
And an error stop is carried out when board names differ.
Exist *2
*1. It is necessary for badmark on the board to be badmark where recognition succeeds.
Do not use, when badmark transfer mode is "NON (UNIQUE ID)".
*2. Do not use, when board data names are different in each machine in the line.
Do not use, when badmark transfer mode is "BOARD ID" and "TAKE OVER".

2.3.6. Detailed explanation of the “Recovery
If any proper badmark recognition result cannot be obtained from the upstream machine,
the machine stops by error. When the recovery is made valid, the operation continues while
referring to the badmark on the board if the machine does not stop due to error occurrence.
To use this function, it is necessary that the badmark on the board can be referred to. When
the operation is performed that the badmark on the board does not meet the badmark
recognition result file or when no badmark exists on the board, this function needs to be set
invalid.
(Caution) For operations stated in section “2.1.2 Special application examples”, this
function is set invalid.
The following shows typical cases that the badmark recognition results are not obtained.
Board carryin
No badmark recognition result file is found.
Operation restart
The operation restarts in the status different from that before error stop.
1. Error occurs.
2. Operation restarts with the board placed at a position different from the error stop
position.
When the board stock state does not change, the same status as before operation is
kept even when pressing the RESET. Therefore, when restarting the operation, the
operation is performed according to the badmark recognition result before the error
stop.
Recovery Board carryin Operation restart
Valid Badmark is recognized again. Badmark is recognized again.
Invalid Error stops. Error stops.
