15. Remove the head prop.
16. Select Confirm (F1).
17. Lower the printhead using two button control.
18. Close the front printhead cover.
19. Press the System button.
20. Select Board Width (F5). The message ‘Checking for a board on the
belts’ is displayed. Whilst the rear rail is moving the following message ‘Rail
Moving...’ is displayed.
21. Select Generic Tooling (F7).

If contaminated squeegees are fitted, these should be replaced at this point.
22. Select Continue (F1). The print carriage travels to the rear of the machine
and the following message is displayed ‘Table at Home Height’.
23. Select Transprt Height (F3). The message ‘Table at Transport Height’ is
displayed.
24. Place a board on the input sensor of the upline conveyor of the machine.
25. Select Load (F1).
26. Select Auto Board (F1).
27. Select Vision Height (F3). The message ‘Table at Vision Height. Check
Tooling Clearance’ is displayed.
28. Select Contact Height (F3).

The following window and menu bar is displayed:
29. Select Continue (F1). The message ‘Table at Contact Height. Check
Tooling Clearance’ is displayed.
30. Select Raise Head (F7).
31. Raise the printhead using two button control.
32. Fit the head prop.
33. Press Confirm (F1).
34. Check that the setup of the tooling is adequate for the board, adjust as
necessary.
NOTE
If adjustment is required, this can be carried out at Transport Height.
35. Select Lower Head (F2).
36. Remove the head prop.
37. Select Confirm (F1).
38. Lower the printhead using two button control.
39. Close the front printhead cover.
40. Press the System button.
