Error ID Item Description
420101 Input Buffer Cnvr. Overtime P.C.B. from inp. machine was not received.
420102 Input Buffer Cnvr. Overtime P.C.B. on inp.buffer cnvr. was not able to move to its outlet.
(Cause 1) The P.C.B. is trapped on the conveyor.
(Cause 2) An operator removed the P.C.B. in the middle of transfer.
(Remedy 1) The conveyor width may not be adjusted correctly or the P.C.B. size may be
different.
Readjust the conveyor width or confirm if the P.C.B. size is proper or not.
(Remedy 2) Place the P.C.B. back in position and re-start the automatic operation.
420201 Input Cnvr. P.C.B. Overtime P.C.B. on input cnvr. was not able to move to its outlet.
(Cause 1) The light emitted from the P.C.B. detection photosensor on the L2 conveyor is re-
ceived or not.
Dirt may have adhered to the sensor.
(Cause 2) The P.C.B. transfer detection photosensor on the L2 conveyor is defective.
(Remedy 1) Check if the light emitted from the P.C.B. detection photosensor can be received
or not.
(Remedy 2) Contact our service personnel for details.
420202 Input Cnvr. P.C.B. Overtime P.C.B. from inp. buffer cnvr. was not received.
(Cause 1) The light emitted from the P.C.B. detection photosensor on the L1 conveyor is re-
ceived or not.
Dirt may have adhered to the sensor.
(Cause 2) The set value for Input Output Conveyor Timer 2 or Output Conveyor Timer 2 has
exceeded the range of setting.
(Cause 3) The P.C.B. transfer detection photosensor on the L1 conveyor is defective.
(Remedy 1) Check if the light emitted from the P.C.B. detection photosensor on the L1 con-
veyor can be received or not.
(Remedy 2) Correct the set value for Input Conveyor Timer 2 or Output Conveyor Timer 2.
(Remedy 3) Contact our service personnel for details.

P.C.B. Detection cnvr.
420402 Input Buffer Cnvr. P.C.B.`s were at inlet and outlet of input buffer cnvr.
P.C.B. Detection
(Cause 1) The P.C.B. transfer signal from the input machine was turned off before the P.C.B.
was detected by the P.C.B. detection photosensor at the input conveyor outlet side.
There are two P.C.B.’s on the input conveyor.
(Remedy 1) Adjust the position of the P.C.B. detection photosensor (outlet).
The P.C.B. detection photosensor (outlet) is defective and required to be replaced
with a new one.
420501 Input Cnvr. P.C.B. Detection The sensor position is illegal setting.
420502 Input Cnvr. P.C.B. Detection P.C.B.`s were at inlet and outlet of input cnvr.
420503 Input Cnvr. P.C.B. Detection P.C.B. on inp. cnvr. was not able to move to its transfer action.
(Cause 1) The P.C.B. was carried back to the P.C.B. transfer claw during automatic operation.
Or, the P.C.B. is shifted out of the coverage of the P.C.B. detection photosensor.
• The P.C.B. detection photosensor is attached to a wrong position.
• The X value of "P.C.B. SIZE" has exceeded the range of setting.
(Remedy 1) Press the [RETURN] button to cancel the error display and zero the P.C.B. transfer.
Adjust the position of the P.C.B. detection photosensor.
Set the correct X value for "P.C.B. SIZE".
