1.4 Maintenance Method
(2) When the [Start Oil Supply] button is pressed in the "Oil Supply" tab
sheet, the following sheet appears.

(3) Press the [ALL] button (entitled "ZERO"). In two seconds, press the
[ENABLE] button on the operation panel. All devices are zeroed.
(4) Press the [F1] and [F2] buttons (entitled "FEEDER READY").

(5) Press the [ON] button (entitled "MOVE"). In two seconds, press the
[ENABLE] button on the operation panel.
Auto tuning of all axis takes place.
(The feeder carriage moves slightly.)
(6) Press the [ON] button (entitled "MOVE"). In two seconds, press the
[ENABLE] button on the operation panel.
F1 moves to the grease supply position and the following sheet ap-
pears.

(7) Press the [EMERGENCY STOP] switch and open the F1 and cen-
tral doors.
Apply grease to the nipple on the slide block of a linear guide.
After that, close the F1 and central doors.

(8) Unlock the [EMERGENCY STOP] switch and press the [RESET]
button.
Press the [POWER ON] button to power the machine.
Press the [ALL] button (entitled "ZERO"). In two seconds, press the
[ENABLE] button on the operation panel.
(9) Press the [Next] button.
(10) Press the [F1] and [F2] buttons (entitled "FEEDER READY").
When the [ENABLE] button on the operation panel is pressed in
two seconds after the [ON] button (entitled "MOVE"), the following
sheet appears.
Press the [EMERGENCY STOP] switch and open the F2 and cen-
tral doors.
Apply grease to the nipple on the slide block of a linear guide.
After that, close the F2 and central doors.
