detected
There was an input on the safety switch of the splash cover.
During what
operation it
occurred
During spindle rotation or while the X-, Y-, Z-, θ- and elevator-axis, and the
upper and lower arm is operation. The cover does not open during the
spindle rotation.
State after
detection
The Z-axis retreats to the upper end and the spindle stops.
The axis of the X-, Y-, θ-, upper arm, lower arm and elevator comes to an
immediate stop.

ON the circuit breaker.
(6) Turn ON the machine power.
(7) Make sure that the fan of the electrical box rotates properly.

The Z-axis retreats to the upper end. The spindle stops rotating. The X-, Y-
and θ-axes immediately stop. Cleaning operation stops, if the error occurs
during spinner cleaning.
