The proper interval of spindle cleaning differs depending on the frequency in
use of the machine, or the type of the blade or workpiece used.
If you change the frequency of the machine usage or the type of the blade or
workpiece, check how much the main sections are soiled at least once a day,
and then decide the interval of cleaning.
Criteria of judgment
Outlet of air curtain
Can you see the clearance for outlet of air curtain clearly?
- Make sure that the clearance which works as the outlet of air curtain and is
located at the root of the taper section is not blocked with contamination.

Is there no discoloration in the taper section and its surroundings?
- Check whether there is discoloration due to rust or water stain.
