Overview
This document provides operating information and specifications for the Tektronix THDP0100/0200 and TMDP0200 high voltage differential
probes. The probes share similar functions, properties, and operating procedures, and are discussed first, followed by the specifications,
which differ by probe model. Service procedures include performance verification and adjustments.
