3-5 Setting and Checking Materials
Not to produce bad board, check that the materials in data and those set on the feeder table are
proper, in the following procedures.
∗ For setting the feeder, see “Chapter 6 Setting Materials” in OPERATING MANUAL for Operators.

• Form print screen appears.

• The data is printed with the printer.

3-6 PCB Transfer Test
After adjusting transfer rail width and supporters, carry out the board transfer test and check that
board is transferred without catching on the way.
NOTICE
Actually, transfer test of whole line is carried out. This section describes the test
in the case of board on the conveyor after pre-process, completing the transfer
test before this.
1. Turn on servo switch.
