6.9. Parts Present Check Function

The part presence check function is used to detect the presence of a part on the

nozzle tip.

This function is available for the H01, H02 and G04 heads.

The limitations that apply to this function are shown in the table below.

Furthermore, this function does not affect throughput.

Reel set stand

Used to secure feeders when setting part reels.

There are two types of reel set stands, ones for feeders

In addition, there is a Kitting option available for the reel

set stand.

Kitting option: This function deletes the feeder-reel

in the stand.

Stick Feeders

4 types: 1S, 1L, 2S, 2L

The type will differ based on the part width and length

(Refer to “3.1 Machine Specifications”). It may be

necessary to specially manufacture types 1L and 2L to

match the part on a case by case basis.

Vibratory Stick Feeders

This feeder supplies parts from a stick using a vibratory

action. (Required slots: 5)
