10. Adjust the stopper so the jaw is parallel to the bracket at the backward
end of the cylinder.
8.1.7 Pallet Shift Forward and Backward End Sensors
1. Turn on Y04A P.IN PLT FWD to advance the shift.
2. Find the position where the sensor turns on and off.
3. Move the sensor 1 mm to the ON direction.
4. Turn on Y04B P.IN PLT BWD and adjust the sensor position.
5. Use I/O to move the pallet from the return conveyor stopper to the IN-
pallet loader.
6. The pallet detection sensor lies diagonally across the pallet. There is no
sensitivity volume and it is not possible to adjust vertically. Adjust the
sensor angle by the mounting bolts. Move the pallet manually and check
the sensor reaction.
