9. Move the head manually. Place the nozzle jig softly on to the dial
indicator.
10. Adjust the head height. Make sure that the head is not tilting.
11. Check holders B, C and D heights using a dial indicator. Obtain the
average height for all four. Finalize the head height. The deviation of
the four heights shall be less than ± 0.06 mm.

Note: Module style and mechanical stroke on the X-axis is different between the X No. 4 ~ 12

1. Press the EMERGENCY STOP button to shutdown the 200V.
2. Attach a nozzle jig (ACGPJ9021) to holder A.
3. Set the X0, Y0 calibration jig (ACGPJ9030) on the 8-inch pallet.
4. Ensure that the SS-axis is at the SS0 position and set the 8-inch pallet to
the module.
5. Press [SET] [MANUAL] [I/O] [STANDARD I/O] [OUTPUT]
and Y061 SS PLT UCLP to unclamp.
6. Press Y062 SS PIN ON to turn on the SS pin.
7. Position the pallet holder to the SS-rail cam follower.
8. Press Y060 SS PLT CLP to clamp the pallet.
9. Move the head manually to the position where the nozzle jig goes
smoothly into the hole of the X0,Y0 calibration jig.
10. Press [SET] [PROPER] ID No. [PM] [Select the module]
[FINISH] [X/Y] [X0/Y0] [SET] to enter the Proper data.
