Caution If Depth Z is set, it is reflected in the pickup height (Pickup
Z). Therefore, when Depth Z is set, do not modify Pickup Z
manually in the ‘Feeder Base’ dialog box.
For parts whose pickup height must be modified such as
parts fed by embossed tape, modify the ‘Pickup Data’ of the
common parameter of the part. (Refer to “Pickup Data” tab
dialog box in the “7.1 New Part Registration”.)
<Register> button
Adds the set component data to the PCB part list.
<Close> button
Closes the dialog box.
<5. Align Data> group
Set the component align data. The edit screen for the align data selected in <2. Align
Type> and <3. Package Group> are displayed in this group.
The display is varied according to the data selected in the <3. Package Group>. Please
refer to section “7.1.2 ~ 7.1.8” for more information.
<Common Data> button
Sets the component data related to the machine. When this button is clicked on, the
following dialog box is displayed and the name of the button is changed to “Align
Data”.

<Nozzle1> combo box
Displays the nozzle that pick up the component. The types of nozzles are as
follows;
(ML150, SPLarge1, SPLarge2, SPLarge3, CN020, CN030, CN040, CN040R,
CN065, CN070R, CN110, CN140, CN220, CN400, CN400N, CN750,
CNT0B, CNT20B, LightFixB, LightFlyB, ML150, MS150, SPSmall1,
SPSmall2, SPSmall3, SpLarge1, SpLarge2, SpLarge3, ULarge1, ULarge2,
ULarge3, UMedium1, Umedium2, Umedium3)
<Pitch> combo box
Corresponds to the motor driven tape feeder. Selects the pitch of the tape
feeder selected from the <Feeder> combo box.
<Splicing Skip> combo box
If the Splicing Check sensor detects a spliced section, parts are skipped based
on the number of parts set here.
<Feeding Speed> combo box
Set the part feeding speed. For the part whose feeding speed needs to be
adjusted, select ‘Slow’ or ‘Slowest’. Inappropriate feeding speed may cause
pickup error.
Normal: Feeds parts at normal speed.
Slow: Feeds parts at a speed slightly lower than normal.
Slowest: Feeds parts at the slowest possible speed.
<Y Offset> Edit Box
When supplying parts by setting the feeding pitch of an SME 8mm or SME
8mm large electrically driven feeder to 4mm, if the Y size of the part is larger
than 2.2mm, part pickup may interfere with the tape guide.
In such case, input the Y offset value in the <Y Offset> edit box to set the part
pickup position. (Input range: 0 ~ 0.5mm)
