8) Y Axis Magnetic Pole Check (The same with the X axis check)
Click [RING0/ 1-Axis (1)] icon to open Y axis motion display windows. The following
procedure is the same with the checking procedure of X axis .
9) Z Axis Magnetic Pole Check (The same with the X axis check)
Click [RING1/ 1-Axis (0)] icon to open Z axis motion display windows. The following
procedure is the same with the checking procedure of X axis .

B. Refer to the following figure. Confirm the servo is on [SVON], select [Homing], then
press [Set Param] to write the parameter.

C. Click [+X] to move right until touching the [+EL] limit sensor. Click [-X] to move left
until touching the [-EL] limit sensor. [Command] and [Feedback] should change when
the X-Y Table is moving and the reading should be quite close. Refer to the figure
below.
