► Lift the jet valve out of the glue feeder.
► Remove the screw fastening the power supply to the
jet valve. (1)
Use a Phillips screwdriver for this.
► Unplug the power supply from the jet valve. (2)
► Insert the heating key into the union nut, screw in
loosely and then remove the key. (1)
► Lift the nozzle heating off the jet block. (2)

► Remove the dispenser nozzle from the jet block.
► Loosen the screwed connection with the help of an 8
mm open-ended wrench.
► Remove the cartridge pipe.
► Place the cartridge pipe from behind onto the thread
of the jet block.
► Use a size 8 mm open-ended wrench to loosely fas
-
ten the cartridge pipe in a clockwise direction.

► Align the cartridge pipe centrally and straight in rela
-
tion to the back, so that the cartridge can be correctly
screwed into place.
► Fix the cartridge pipe with one hand in this position
and then screw the lock tight.
► Fit the dispenser nozzle onto the top of the jet block.
► Place the nozzle heating onto the jet block and align
this straight on the feed pipe. (1)
► Place the union nut into the nozzle heating and
tighten. (2) Use the heating key for this.
