3.17.1.2 Fitting the Manometer (Dispenser)
Fitting the Manometer (Dispenser)
► Carefully insert the manometer as far as possible into
the cover plate. (1)
► Align the manometer vertically. (2)
► Push the fixture bracket from the side onto the
manometer. (1)
► Push the fixture bracket forwards, as far as possible
(end stop) and align it so that it is straight. (2)
► Fasten the large brass nut with the straight push-fit
connector. Use two fork wrenches for this:
a size 14 fork wrench for below, to hold the screw,
a size 11 fork wrench for above, to tighten the brass
nut.

► Fasten the fixture bracket with the two marked nuts.
Use a size 7 fork wrench for this.
► Fit the cover plate with the two manometers onto the
front of the glue feeder frame.
Make sure that the manometer (dispenser) is at the
top.
► Fasten the cover plate with the 4 screws marked. Use
a size 1.5 Allen key for this.
► Carefully place the glue feeder down on its left side.
► Connect the hose marked with adhesive tape to the
top manometer (dispenser).
► Connect the other hose to the bottom manometer
(cartridge).
► Remove the adhesive tape from the marked hose.

3.17.2.1 Removing the Manometer (Cartridge)
Removing the Manometer (Cartridge)
The manometer (cartridge) is removed using the same procedure as that for removing the manometer
(dispenser), see "3.17.1.1 Removing the Manometer (Dispenser)" [ ➙ 66].
Only difference:
remove the bottom manometer instead of the top one.

Only difference:
fit the bottom manometer instead of the top one.
► Carefully place the glue feeder down on its right side.
► Fasten the marked screw. Use a Phillips screwdriver
for this.
► Now fasten the right side cover (see "3.8.2 Fitting the
Right Side Cover" [ ➙ 21]).
