Required tools
▪ Allen key, size 2.5
▪ TORX screwdriver size T8
▪ Open-ended wrench, size 24

3.24.1 Removing the Handle Assembly
Removing the Handle Assembly
► Remove the left side cover (see "3.7.1 Removing the
Left Side Cover" [ ➙ 20].
► Carefully place the glue feeder down on its right side.
► Open the bar on the flat ribbon connection on the
control board. (1)
► Unplug the flat ribbon cable form the connection. (2)
► Remove the two marked Torx screws.

► Remove the marked Allen screw. Use a size 2.5 Allen
key for this.
► Remove the right side cover (see "3.8.1 Removing
the Right Side Cover" [ ➙ 21])
► Pull the cover on the pressure control valve up and
off. (1)
► Remove the nut fastening the pressure control valve.
Use a size 24 fork wrench for this. (2)
► Carefully pull the pressure control valve vertically
downwards and out of the glue feeder frame.

► Remove the 3 marked screws with a size T8 Torx
screwdriver and then remove the cover plate.
► Push the handle cover at the side out of the glue feed

er handle.
► Push the handle at the side out of the glue feeder
frame.
