3.16.2.1 Removing the Pressure Control Valve (Cartridge)
Removing the Pressure Control Valve (Cartridge)
► Remove the right side cover (see "3.8.1 Removing
the Right Side Cover" [ ➙ 21])
► Pull the cover on the pressure control valve up and
off. (1)
► Remove the nut fastening the pressure control valve.
Use a size 24 fork wrench for this. (2)
► Remove the hoses on the left and right from the pres
-
sure control valve connections.
► Carefully pull the pressure control valve vertically
downwards and out of the glue feeder frame.

3.16.2.2 Fitting the Pressure Control Valve (Cartridge)
Fitting the Pressure Control Valve (Cartridge)
► As shown in the diagram, plug the pressure control
valve into the glue feeder frame and align it so that it
is straight.
► Push the hoses as far as possible into the connec
-
tions on the pressure control valve.
Make sure you assign them correctly.
► Fasten the pressure control valve with a nut. Use a
size 24 fork wrench for this. (1)
When fastening the nut, hold the pressure control
valve tight, so that it does not turn.
► Fit the cover as far as possible onto the pressure con
-
trol valve. (2)
► Fasten the right side cover (see "3.8.2 Fitting the
Right Side Cover" [ ➙ 21])

► Remove the right side cover (see "3.8.1 Removing
the Right Side Cover" [ ➙ 21])
► Carefully place the glue feeder down on its right side.
► Remove the marked Phillips screw.
