Never place hands or face inside
the machine when handling
switches.
Improper machine operation
can cause death or personal
injury. Obey the instructions.
Stop the air supply and insure
that the air pressure is 0 when
performing maintenance.
Operating pneumatic actuators
could cause personal injury.
Never operate while the safety
circuit release switch is OFF.
To avoid personal injury, do
not operate if the safety circuit
(1 block stop) is released.
Never remove or remodel the specified
safety structures (defended shelves,
safety guards, safety covers, switches,
sensors, etc.).
Removal or improper
modification of a safety structure
may cause personal injury.
As a general rule, only one operator
should handle switches.
To avoid accidents, use hand
signals if two or more operators
are involved in machine
operation.

Safety Precautions for Repair Operation
When hand-checking air cylinders, disable
the machine movement by turning the power
OFF and releasing the air pressure first.
Power and Air Pressure OFF
Never operate the machine with the safety
circuit (1 block stop) release SW OFF.
If it is necessary to remove the safety structures
and release interlock to perform maintenance,
pay full attention while working.
After performing maintenance, be sure to return
them in their previous order and test them for
proper function.
