1. Turn the power [ON].
2. Press ”WEIGHT” and input the belt weight (gf/cm
2
).
3. Press ”WIDTH” and input the belt width (mm).
4. Press ”SPAN” and input the belt span (mm).
5. Keep the clearance between microphone and the belt is about 6mm.
6. Press ”MEASURE” (Measurement switch).
7. Snap the belt by finger for the measuring.
=CHECK=
Snap the belt while the measurement LED is illuminated.

Measure the center of belt
side without tension roller.

8. Read out the measured value.
9. If not within the specification, adjust the belt tension and measure again.

When the MIC gain LED flashes before the measurement, turn down the adjustment volume.
=CHECK=
Do not interfere with the measurement by snapping the belt with a finger during the measurement.

Be sure to set the belt tension in the assembly stage is with value larger than the specification.
Please turn the belt more than one revolution and adapt it thoroughly.
Since the belt in the assembly stage is surely extended, measure the tension again 24 hours later
and adjust to become within the specification.
