As a general rule, only ONE operator
should handle the controls.
To avoid accidents, when two
or more operators are involved
in machine operation, use
hand signals.
Always shut OFF the machine
power switch before performing
maintenance.
Improper machine operation
could cause personal injury.
Only one operator should be involved when
operating controls or, turning air pressure
ON or OFF.
When two or more operators are involved in
machine operation, use hand signals, etc.
to make sure that all operators are aware of
the machine’s operation status.
Don’t Forget to Signal!
If it is possible to perform maintenance
without machine operation, turn the power
OFF to ensure safety.

Never place hands and fingers inside
the machine during operation.
Machine could catch hands and
fingers and cause personal injury.
When in AUTO mode and the machine
stops for an error during operation,
depending on the circumstances, machine
operation may restart automatically after the
cause of the error is removed. Therefore,
never place hands in the machine when it is
in the AUTO mode. For example, when the
P.C.B. detector detects an existing P.C.B.,
the machine stops during operation. The
machine will restart automatically as soon
as a P.C.B. enters.

WARNING
When operation requires you to place part
of your body inside the machine, be sure to
turn the power switch on the power panel to
the OFF position ; remove the key and
keep the key in your possession. They will
make sure there is absolutely no possibility
of accidental restart.
Disable Machine Power

maintenance.

If machine power has to be ON
during maintenance, turn OFF
the power to motor drivers of
unnecessary axes.
