3.1 Safety Device
Error ID Error Name, Description, Cause, and Remedy
400101 Load Power Shutoff
The [emergency stop] switch was pressed. (Please conrm the nozzle has not
fallen when you push the beam by the hand.)
Please switch on a power supply after canceling an emergency stop switch and
screen return to normal display.
400102 Load Power Shutoff
An emergency stop switch is pushed.
Please switch on a power supply after canceling an emergency stop switch and
screen return to normal display.
400301 Zeroing Error.
Abnormality was found in processing zeroing operation.
Please perform zeroing.
400401 Interlock Error
The [emergency stop] switch was pressed. (Please conrm the nozzle has not
fallen when you push the beam by the hand.)
Please switch on a power supply after canceling an emergency stop switch and
screen return to normal display.
400402 Interlock Error
The safety cover opened. [K4]
Please shut a safety cover and push the [POWER ON] button.

1.Open the cover.
2.Conrm suppressor, Disengaged Latch and remove the devices.
3.Close the cover and Lock it.
40040A Interlock Error
The feeder opening sensor (Rear) was shaded. [B****]
Please remove the factor which is shading the feeder opening sensor (rear), and
carry out zero return.
40040B Interlock Error
The feeder opening sensor (Front) was shaded. [B****]
Please remove the factor which is shading the feeder opening sensor (front), and
carry out zero return.

Disengaged Latch(Rear) was detected.
1.Open the cover.
2.Conrm suppressor, Disengaged Latch and remove the devices.
3.Close the cover and Lock it.
