Error ID Error Name, Description, Cause, and Remedy

4b0808 Linear measure operation error

There is a problem in the values measured by the linear measure sensor.

Please conrm Error from Log Request Screen(Unit adjustment → Linear

measure Sensor Screen). Either, please conrm whether the items of LS-RLS-

S(Device Check → List) is Yellow. HLS communication cable could not be

connected and such like things.

4b0809 Linear measure operation error

There is a problem in the linear measure Sensor.

(Strobe Signal did not turn off within predetermined time.)

Please conrm Error from Log Request Screen(Unit adjustment → Linear

measure Sensor Screen). Either, please conrm whether the items of LS-RLS-

S(Device Check → List) is Yellow. HLS communication cable could not be

connected and such like things.

4b0c01 Nozzle Conrmation Error before pick up comp (Detect After Placement)

Because a component was found on a nozzle, it stopped after disposal. The result

could have some problems.

Please check placement state on placement step recovery screen.

The remains component was found on a nozzle during production.

Please conrm whether there is an error in the P.C.B.

Please conrm and clean up the nozzle if this error continues.

The joint part of splicing tape is not correctly set. Please extract a feeder and

check whether the tape has separated from the guide.

Open safety cover and conrm the component on P.C.B. Please remove it or

revise it

4b2101 SSC network abnormal

There is abnormal in SSC network.

Please conrm the cable of SSC network.

4b2102 SSC network abnormal

There is a problem in connection to Servo Amplier(XY).

(1) Shut down the machine and check the connection between the position board

and amplier.

(2) Check whether or not the servo ampliers are damaged.

4b2103 SSC network abnormal

There is a problem in connection to Servo Amplier(Head).

(1) Shut down the machine and check the connection between the position board

and amplier.

(2) Check whether or not the servo ampliers are damaged.

(1)Conrm whether or not the cover tape is set correctly/ (2) Please remove the

cover tape from the storage section./ (3) Please check the splicing condition if the

work performed correctly in the process.

Alarm Code:E1 - Cover tape peeling off error (Get caught up)

(1) Conrm whether or not the cover tape is set correctly./ (2)Conrm whether or

not some sticky material has adhered to the suppressor./ (3)Conrm the splicing

condition if the work performed correctly in the process.

Alarm Code:E2 - Origin Position Checking Error (Excessively out of the origin

during servo ON)

If the error occurs frequently, replace the feeder. (It may be caused by trouble of

the control P.C.B..)

Alarm Code:E4 - Positioning Completion Timeout (Foreign substances in the

sprocket wheel)
