7.3.1 Purpose

This software option is used to start the "Operator Information System".

The production data acquisition system can be used during production to obtain information about

the operating behavior of a complete line or an individual station. 7

7.4 Option "Component level indicator"

7.4.1 Purpose

This component informs the operator, at any time during placement operation when the individual

feeders are about to run out of components and need to be refilled. 7

Before a feeder becomes empty, a warning is output. If the operator reacts to this warning in time,

it is possible to avoid the machine coming to a standstill as a result of a "Track empty" error. 7

The operator can also be informed in time when a new component tape must be spliced, or a bulk

case or vibratory stick feeder must be refilled. 7
