1014000 Table Chute Width Interlock
PCB stopper was down.
(Cause 1) The table chute width axis was activated after the PCB stopper had moved
down.
(Cause 2) The PCB stopper upper limit sensor (B70) is defective.
(Remedy 1) Move up the PCB stopper and restart the operation.
(Remedy 2) Check how the sensor is working in "DEVICE CHECK" window. If this
operation does not reset the machine to its normal condition, it is required to
replace the sensor with a new one. Contact our service personnel for details.
1015000 T
able Chute Width Interlock
Table-Z Axis is not at origin.
(Cause 1) The table Z axis origin sensor (B171) is defective.
(Cause 2) The operation timing is shifted from the normal one.
(Cause 3) The table chute width axis was activated after the table Z axis had moved up.
(during the manual operation)
(Remedy 1) Check how the sensor is working in "DEVICE CHECK" window.
When the sensor is not working, it is required to replace the sensor with a
new one. Contact our service personnel for details.
(Remedy 2) Shut down the power of the machine once and power up the machine again.
After that, restart the operation. When the same error still occurs, contact our
service personnel for details.
(Remedy 3)
Perform the zeroing operation and restart the operation.
1016000 Table Chute Width Interlock
Detected interference to backuppin or JIG.
(Cause 1) A wrong jig is attached or a backup pin is attached to a wrong position.
(Cause 2) A wrong parameter is set in the "Y" text box of "PCB Size [mm]" in the "Pattern
Program" window.
(Cause 3) The width error detection sensor (B49) is defective.
(Remedy 1) Check the location of the jig or the backup pins and restart the operation.
(Remedy 2)
Check the contents of the pattern program and restart the operation.
(Remedy 3) Check how the sensor is working in "DEVICE CHECK" window.
When the same error occurs after the restart operation, it is required to
replace the sensor with a new one. Contact our service personnel for details.
1018000 Table Chute Width Data
The data was detected outside of the possible range.
(Cause 1) Self-Diagnostics Error Message
(Remedy 1) Zero all axes and restart the operation. If the machine is not reset to its
normal condition, shut down the power of the machine once and power up
the machine again. After that, restart the operation. When the same error still
occurs, contact our service personnel for details.

1101000 Input Conveyor Width Origin
Zeroing opn. was incompleted, within specied time.
(Cause 1) Dirt adheres to the sensor and the optical beam is shielded.
(Cause 2) The sensor (B371) (Right ow B391) is defective.
(Cause 3) The
driver is malfunctioning or an error has occurred during communication with
the host CPU.
(Remedy 1) Wipe off the dirt on the sensor and zero the origin of the input conveyor width
axis again.
(Remedy 2) It is required to replace the sensor with a new one. Contact our service
personnel for details.
(Remedy 3) Shut down the power of the machine once and power up the machine again.
After that, zero the origin of the input conveyor width axis. If this operation
does not reset the machine to its normal condition, the driver may be
defective. Contact our service personnel for details.

102000 Input Conveyor Width Origin
Detect lost pulse error.
(Cause 1) The motor is overloaded and has a loss of synchronism.
(Remedy 1) Check for any obstacle around the input conveyor width axis and perform the
zeroing operation. If this operation does not reset the machine to its normal
condition, contact our service personnel for details.
1105000 Input Conveyor Width Driver
Driver alarm signal was detected.
1108000 Input Conveyor Width Driver
Driver Over-Heat
(Cause 1) Self-Diagnostics Error Message
(Remedy 1)
Zero all axes and restart the operation. If this operation does not reset the
machine to its normal condition, contact our service personnel for details.

PCB was exist on conveyor.
(Cause 1) No operation is possible because a PCB still exists on the conveyor.
(Cause 2) The PCB detection sensors (B40 and B41) are defective.
(Remedy 1) Remove the PCB and restart the operation.
(Remedy 2) Check how the sensors are working in "DEVICE CHECK" window.
When the sensors are not working, it is required to replace the sensors with
new ones. Contact our service personnel for details.
