2001000 Cleaning Interlock
PEC Recog-Y Axis is not at safety area.
(Cause 1) The cleaning nozzle was moved up when the PEC recognition Y axis was
not located at its front escape position (origin position). (during the manual
operation)
(Cause 2) The PEC recognition Y-axis near origin sensor (B46) is defective.
(Cause 3) The operation timing is shifted from the normal one.
(Remedy 1) Zero the PEC recognition Y axis and restart the operation.
(Remedy 2)
Zero the PEC recognition Y axis. When the PEC recognition Y axis cannot
be zeroed, it is required to replace the sensor with a new one. Contact our
service personnel for details.
(Remedy 3) Shut down the power of the machine once and power up the machine again.
After that, restart the operation. When the same error still occurs, contact our
service personnel for details.
2005000 Cleaning
Cleaning nozzle up/down cylinder moving error.
(Cause 1) The cleaning U/D cylinder sensors (B81 and B82) did not work normally.
(Remedy 1) Check how the sensors are working while the cleaning unit is moving up and
down. When the same error still occurs, contact our service personnel for
details.
2006000 Cleaning
Cleaning paper feed error
(Cause 1) The paper feeder (take-up) pitch detection sensor (B83) is not working.
(Cause 2) The inside of the cleaning paper roller is torn, making the rotation of the paper
cylinder idle.
(Cause 3) The belt of the take-up motor is not engaged correctly (some teeth not meshing
with the belt).
(Remedy 1) Check for any dirt around the sensor and how the sensor is working in the
"DEVICE CHECK" window. When the sensor is not working, it is required to
adjust the sensor position or replace the sensor with a new one. Contact our
service personnel for details.
(Remedy 2) Check the internal condition of the paper roller. If some area is damaged,
replace it with another one.
(Remedy 3)
When you hear some sounds, indicating that some teeth do not mesh
correctly with the belt during the take-up operation, it is required to adjust the
belt tension. Contact our service personnel for details.
