Error ID Error Name, Description, Cause, and Remedy
1307000 PCB Transfer Time Over
PCB was not transfered from outp.conv. within specied time.
(Cause 1) The PCB passage check sensor (B45) is not set in the E/NR (Light Emitted and
Not Received) or the E/R (Light Emitted and Received) mode.
(Remedy 1) Check how the sensor is working in "DEVICE CHECK" window.
When the sensor is not working, it is required to adjust the sensor position or
replace the sensor with a new one. Contact our service personnel for details.
1308000 PCB T
ransfer Time Over
PCB transfer to input conv. was not completed within specied time.
(Cause 1) The PCB detection sensor (B41) is not set in the E/NR (Light Emitted and Not
Received) or the E/R (Light Emitted and Received) mode.
(Cause 2) The conveyor speed is too slow.
(Remedy 1) Check how the sensor is working in "DEVICE CHECK" window.
When the sensor is not working, it is required to adjust the sensor position or
replace the sensor with a new one. Contact our service personnel for details.
(Remedy 2) T
urn up the variable resistor of the L conveyor speed control.
1309000 Input Conveyor Interlock
PCB Backup axis was up.
1310000 Output Conveyor Interlock
PCB Backup axis was up.
(Cause 1) Dirt adheres to the backup axis near origin sensor and the optical beam is
shielded.
(Cause 2) The backup axis near origin sensor is defective.
(Cause 3) The backup axis driver is malfunctioning or an error has occurred during
communication with the host CPU.
(Remedy 1) Wipe off the dirt on the sensor and zero the PCB backup axis again.
(Remedy 2) It is required to replace the sensor with a new one. Contact our service
personnel for details.
(Remedy 3) Shut down the power of the machine once and power up the machine again.
After that, zero the PCB backup axis. If this operation does not reset the
machine to its normal condition, the driver may be defective. Contact our
service personnel for details.
1312000
PCB Transfer Interlock
Input Conveyor motor was running.
1313000 PCB Transfer Interlock
Output conveyor motor was running.
(Cause 1) Self-Diagnostics Error Message
(Remedy 1) Shut down the power of the machine once and power up the machine again.
After that, restart the operation. When the same error still occurs, contact our
service personnel for details.

1315000 Table Stopper Interlock
PEC Recog-X Axis was running.
1316000 Table Stopper Interlock
PEC Recog-Y Axis was running.
(Cause 1) Self-Diagnostics Error Message
(Remedy 1) Shut down the power of the machine once and power up the machine again.
After that, restart the operation. When the same error still occurs, contact our
service personnel for details.
1317000 Table Stopper Interlock
PCB was took on table.
(Cause 1) The stopper was moved down when a PCB is still on the table. (during the
manual operation)
(Cause 2) The PCB check sensor (B69) is defective.
(Remedy 1) Remove the PCB and restart the operation.
(Remedy 2)
Check how the sensor is working in "DEVICE CHECK" window.
When the sensor is not working, it is required to replace the sensor with a
new one. Contact our service personnel for details.
1318000 Output Cnvr
. Stopper Interlock
Output conveyor motor was running.
(Cause 1) Self-Diagnostics Error Message
(Remedy 1) Shut down the power of the machine once and power up the machine again.
After that, restart the operation. When the same error still occurs, contact our
service personnel for details.
1319000 Output Cnvr. Stopper Interlock
PCB was took on output conveyor.
(Cause 1)
A PCB is still on the output conveyor.
(Cause 2) The PCB arrival and passage check sensors (B44 and B45) are defective.
(Remedy 1)
Remove the PCB and restart the operation.
(Remedy 2) Check how the sensors are working in "DEVICE CHECK" window.
When the sensors are not working, it is required to replace the sensors with
new ones. Contact our service personnel for details.
1320000 Table Block Stopper
PCB stopper error
(Cause 1) The position of the upper limit sensor (B70) is shifted from the correct one.
(Cause 2) The upper limit sensor is defective.
(Cause 3) The stopper cylinder is malfunctioning.
(Remedy 1) Readjust the sensor position. (Refer to the separately attached paper.)
(Remedy 2) Check how the sensors are working in "DEVICE CHECK" window.
When the sensors are not working, it is required to replace the sensors with
new ones. Contact our service personnel for details.

1321000 PCB Clamp
PCB chuck missed.
(Cause 1) The PCB had come off when the PCB was clamped.
(Cause 2) The PCB clamping forward limit sensor (B48) is defective.
(Remedy 1) Adjust the PCB clamping pressure. Set a parameter (deceleration value)
in the "Aft. Clamp Bkup Spd." text box of "PCB Clamp Offset" in the "PCB
Backup" tab sheet.
(Remedy 2) Check how the sensor is working in "DEVICE CHECK" window.
When the sensor is not working, it is required to replace the sensor with a
new one. Contact our service personnel for details.
1323000 PCB Clamp
PCB cramp move error
.
When the PCB horizontal clamping function was manually activated, the PCB clamping
forward limit sensor (B48) was not turned ON within the specied time. Even if an error
occurs when this manual operation is performed with the PCB set in the table section,
it is not regarded as an error.
(Cause 1) The PCB clamping pressure is too low.
(Cause 2) The PCB clamping forward limit sensor is defective.
(Remedy 1) Adjust the PCB clamping pressure.
(Remedy 2) Check how the sensor is working in "DEVICE CHECK" window.
When the sensor is not working, it is required to replace the sensor with a
new one. Contact our service personnel for details.
